All materials we use in our manufactures are certificated by Turkish Standards Institute and subjected to mechanical tests.
Production is made with automatic gas metal arc welding machines by our qualified welding personnel having BOS welding certificates.
Special steel mould cuttings are made by CNC laser machines.
After accomplishment of production, materials are dyed through internal and external docking method by using special rust-proof dyes for long term usage. (Galvanization is possible optionally.)
